New joiners

We are delighted to welcome you to three new faces, as the Miller team continues to grow.

Dana Cuffe Chief Operating Officer, a position that is subject to regulatory approval

Dana has been appointed as Miller’s Group Chief Operating Officer, a position that is subject to regulatory approval. Dana will be responsible for leading technology, operations and central services and overseeing the continuous transformation that will ensure Miller’s capabilities, across the firm, are integrated, innovative and capable of shaping and delivering “the better future” for our clients and our people.

Dana has a broad background in people leadership and development as well as execution and delivery. He has worked in large organisations (Chevron, Bank of America, Citibank, and Credit Suisse) as well as smaller, focussed financial institutions (Global Asset Management, TPG Axon Capital, and egg PLC). He is a citizen of Ireland and the U.S. and has lived and worked in the U.K., U.S., Australia, Bermuda and Ireland, as well as having held positions responsible for delivery in all continents – with the exception of Antarctica, so far!

Dana is a member of Miller’s Group Executive Committee, the first non-U.K. member of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists City Livery Company and an annual attendee of the TED main conference in Vancouver.
